General terms and conditions of business
Our holiday apartment can only be booked with a deposit (booking security) of € 200 on our account. With receipt of the deposit and a confirmation
e-mail from us, the reservation is valid for tenants and landlords.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 ZGB:
- Up to 90 days before the arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. However, the deposit will be retained.
- In case of cancellation between 90 and 30 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the total amount
- In case of cancellation between 30 days and 8 days before the arrival date: 70% of the total amount
- If canceled less than 8 days before the arrival date: 90% of the total amount
- In the event of no-show without cancellation or early departure, we will charge the total amount of the booked time.
The cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit paid.
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3 p.m.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m.
We are happy if the cancellation conditions do not apply and we can welcome you here at the Wiartshof as guests.
Please inform us in good time if you cannot start your holiday.
