The apartments
Our house has 3 very different apartments with the following basic equipment
- Bed linen and towels are available in all apartments
- We are happy to provide a cot for our youngest guests on request
- Each kitchen has a filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, as well as cleaning utensils such as cleaning rags, sponges, washing-up liquid and washing-up tabs
- In the bathrooms there is a hair dryer, toothbrush mug, soap dispenser
- Our WLAN network is available for your information and communication
- Televisions, board games and a selection of books are available for your entertainment
- We are happy to offer you a morning bread delivery service
- A large parking lot is located directly in front of the house
From December 1st, 2023, the new guest card (VinschgauCard) will be introduced in the community. All information about the VinschgauCard can be found on the official website www.vinschgaucard.net
Prices per night and apartment for 2 people for a minimum stay of 3 nights in low season and 6 nights in high season
Local tax: For guests aged 14 and over, a local tax of € 2.40 per person/day is charged, which we pay to the municipality. This is not included in the price.
The final cleaning is included in the price.
The cozy one
Our bright, lovingly designed non-smoking apartment combines rural cosiness and modern comfort. For a relaxed stay you have at your disposal:
- 58 m² of living space with a north-facing balcony
- Cloakroom in the entrance area
- 2 separate bedrooms with double beds made of local pine wood for a restful sleep
- Bathroom with shower/toilet
- Fully furnished kitchenette with an oven
- The adjoining living area with a dining area and a sofa invites you to a cozy get-together

The rustic one
Where a long time ago the animals slept in the barn, there is now a feel-good apartment in a rustic style. We wanted to keep many old elements of the rooms in this apartment and have tried to create a rustic atmosphere that does not lack in cosiness and comfort.
For a pleasant stay you have at your disposal:
- 87 m² of living space in the basement with a separate entrance
- large wardrobe in the entrance area
- 2 bedrooms with double beds made from local pine wood for a restful sleep
- 2 separate bathrooms with shower/toilet

Our small apartment is perfect for 2 people and offers you the same comfort as our large apartments in a small space. The sofa bed can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably in our small apartment.
