The hike starts in Schöneben and follows the well-marked Panorama Trail toward Haideralm. The route gently winds over alpine meadows and through bright forests, offering impressive views of the surrounding mountains and the Langtaufers Valley along the way
The trail is approximately 5 kilometers one way, with about 200 meters of elevation gain, and takes around 1.5 hours to complete.
At Haideralm, a charming spot awaits you to relax and savor regional specialties, all while enjoying stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
Alternatively, you can start your hike at Haideralm and enjoy a leisurely stroll back to Schöneben.

A very spacious apartment, with well-sized rooms and a lovely outdoor area. Everything is new and well-kept. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances. Great value, and the staff is courteous and attentive. Only downside: there is no bidet.
